This PR updates the CI pipeline to target the release/v1.6 merge queue branch instead of the existing master queue.
- Replaces the
gh-readonly-queue/master/*trigger withgh-readonly-queue/release/v1.6/* - Aligns the PR trigger filter with the new release branch naming
